3 Simple and Sexy Habits To Cultivate Your Mornings!

How Do You Start Your Morning? What’s your morning routine?
Do you start your day by grabbing your cell phone and immediate check social media? Do you start checking your messages or emails? Do you turn the television on and start watching the news or your favorite show? Do you turn on the radio?

So often we give up our sovereignty to respond to the world instead of setting the tone for the day.  Additionally, we have disconnected from our Inner Being to life’s noise. This will disrupt your focus, vibration and spirit.

In my V{Blog}, I share 3 Simple and Sexy Habits to set the tone for the day and later I will do another video for your evening routine to close out your day. Feel free to share what you do for your morning routine to start your day or if this was helpful to you as a jumpstart.

3 Simple and Sexy Habits To Cultivate Your Mornings:

  1. Attitude of Gratitude – Just Say Thank You.
  2. Drink a room temperature glass of water (plain or with lemons or cucumbers).
  3. Meditate: Have pen and paper near you: 
  • Write 3 Business/Career goals for the day.  
  • Then write 3 Personal goals for the day.

No more than 3 goals each. Aim to stimulate your Mental and Physical being.
